I can't get in the app not good
Does not work at all ,just comes up with unexpected error please try later ,useless. Have new phone so tried again to use app months later surprise surprise still saying unexpected error please try later, still useless

Really quite poor. Many of the links dont work for the pension account. After calling the help desk, it worked whilst logged into that particular session but has not worked since.
Won't let me login although the login details are correct
Encountered this problem during step 2 of registration: "Sorry, we've hit an error. We're working to fix it so try again soon. Get in touch if you need help."
Doesn't even let me log in,had the app for a year now and still experiencing the same problem.
